NEW PROJECT ID: 12
My name is Paige Zahn and I am originally from West Palm Beach, FL. My mom and I started an orphanage in Fond Parisien, Haiti in 2010 (partnered through Haitian Christian Mission). We currently have 11 children at our orphanage but have purchased land and have plans to build a larger, family style orphanage with the maximum capacity for 96 children, along with a community building, community garden, basketball/soccer field, chicken coop, etc. We are on the first phase of building which includes the security wall around our 3 acres of property. To start the wall, we are in desperate need of water! The work that you have done in Haiti is inspiring! If you have any extra resources or information on digging a well for us at Wholehearted Orphanage, please let me know. You can check out our website at www.wholeheartedorphanage.com

Well for Thomas Elie School
The United Methodist Church of the Palm Beaches has worked with one of our members-Fritz Etienne-to build a church in the village of Thomas Elie, Haiti. Now we are supporting the use of that church as a school of 5 classes of approximately 175 students. This remote village has no running water except what is collected when it rains. We would like to be able to finance a well for the school so the students would have drinking water, water for washing and for restroom facilities.
